We are looking for an Payroll Software Support Consultant   to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Provide consulting expertise for Payroll software

• Provide guidance on business processes based upon sound understanding of key functions within HR including Payroll

• Troubleshoot and resolve HR & Payroll issues for both customers and partners and update ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner

• Design, develop and deliver end user training

• Maintain up to date documentation of implemented solutions

• Keeping updated with changes in government regulations

Your Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant field

• 3+ of experience in Payroll positions, previous working experience in payroll software will be considered as a strong asset

• Very good knowledge of payroll legislation and HR procedures

• Good knowledge of payroll software products will be an asset

• Excellent customer-oriented skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
