We are looking for ERP Support Consultant to join our high caliber team.
Your Role
Deliver exceptional business and technical support to customers and partners, ensuring smooth experiences
Monitor and resolve software-related issues, maintaining optimal performance and reliability
Empower users through tailored advice and comprehensive training on software usage
Collaborate effectively with consultants and development teams
Master Entersoft’s cutting-edge software products and solutions, becoming a trusted expert across the full product range
Your Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration,Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related studies
Hands on experience with ERP, CRM or other software
Knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server) is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
