We are looking for a motivated ERP Support Consultant to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
Partner support via telephone / email / e-ticket
Respond to partner issues
Assist partners with implementation and training
Analyze and report product malfunctions
Collect requirements, analyze businesses, and execute process workshop
Your Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or in relevant field
Proven experience as Accountant
Hands on experience with ERP, CRM or other software is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
