- Συμμετέχεις σε έργα ERP καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια υλοποίησης όπως σχεδιασμός, χαρτογράφηση, δοκιμές και υποστήριξη λειτουργίας
- Συγκεντρώνεις, αναλύεις και ορίζεις απαιτήσεις πελατών σχετικά με επιχειρηματικές διαδικασίες
- Δημιουργείς τεχνικές λύσεις και υλοποιείς λογισμικό σύμφωνα με τις επιχειρηματικές απαιτήσεις
- Παρέχεις ανατροφοδότηση για ανάπτυξη νέων λειτουργικοτήτων και βελτίωση των υπαρχουσών
- Παρέχεις εκπαίδευση για ομαλή εισαγωγή των χρηστών στις νέες λειτουργίες και το περιβάλλον λογισμικού
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα έργου για προτεραιοποίηση αναγκών πελατών και επίλυση προβλημάτων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- ERP υλοποίηση και CRM λογισμικό
- Ανάλυση επιχειρηματικών διαδικασιών και σχεδίαση τεχνικών λύσεων
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες στα Αγγλικά
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων και αναλυτικές δεξιότητες
- Ανεξάρτητη εργασία και ομαδική δουλειά
- Διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες και προσανατολισμός στον πελάτη
- Πληροφορική / Οικονομικάκατά προτίμηση
