- Συναντάς επιχειρησιακούς και τεχνικούς stakeholders για συλλογή και ανάλυση απαιτήσεων
- Δημιουργείς τεχνικά σχέδια λύσεων και υλοποιείς λογισμικό σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες
- Παρέχεις ανατροφοδότηση για νέες λειτουργίες και βελτιώσεις λογισμικού
- Παρέχεις εκπαίδευση για ομαλή εισαγωγή των χρηστών σε νέες λειτουργίες και περιβάλλοντα
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα έργου για προτεραιοποίηση αναγκών και επίλυση προβλημάτων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Γνώση ERP και CRM
- Δεξιότητες Business Process Analysis και Technical Solution Design
- Εμπειρία σε Software Implementation και Training Delivery
- Ικανότητες Communication Skills και Interpersonal Skills
- Ικανότητα Problem Solving, Analytical Skills και Customer Orientation
- Ανεξάρτητη εργασία και ομαδική συνεργασία
- Γνώση Microsoft SQL Server
- Πληροφορική / Οικονομικά / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
