Τι θα κάνεις
- Συμμετέχεις σε έργα ERP σε όλο τον κύκλο υλοποίησης, από τον σχεδιασμό έως την υποστήριξη κατά το go-live.
- Συναντάς επιχειρησιακούς και τεχνικούς stakeholders για τη συλλογή και ανάλυση απαιτήσεων επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών.
- Σχεδιάζεις λύσεις και υλοποιείς λογισμικό σύμφωνα με τις επιχειρησιακές απαιτήσεις.
- Παρέχεις ανατροφοδότηση για την ανάπτυξη νέων και τη βελτίωση υφιστάμενων λειτουργιών.
- Εκπαιδεύεις χρήστες για την ομαλή εισαγωγή στις νέες λειτουργίες και στο περιβάλλον λογισμικού.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα έργου για την ιεράρχηση αναγκών και τον έγκαιρο εντοπισμό και την επίλυση προβλημάτων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Συμβουλευτική και υλοποίηση ERP, συμπεριλαμβανομένων του σχεδιασμού λύσεων και της υλοποίησης λογισμικού.
- Συλλογή και ανάλυση απαιτήσεων και επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών.
- Testing και υποστήριξη κατά το go-live.
- Εκπαίδευση χρηστών και διαχείριση stakeholders.
- Microsoft SQL Server.
- Επικοινωνία στα Αγγλικά, επίλυση προβλημάτων, αναλυτικές δεξιότητες και ιεράρχηση προτεραιοτήτων.
- Οικονομικά / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Λογιστική / Πληροφορικήκατά προτίμηση
