- Καθαρίζεις και συντηρείς περιοχές, εξοπλισμό και σκεύη σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα του ξενοδοχείου
- Διασφαλίζεις ότι ο εξοπλισμός και οι χώροι εργασίας είναι καθαροί, οργανωμένοι και έτοιμοι για χρήση
- Συλλέγεις, μεταφέρεις και διαχειρίζεσαι τα απορρίμματα τροφίμων και ποτών σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες του ξενοδοχείου
- Προετοιμάζεις και εξασφαλίζεις τη διαθεσιμότητα του εξοπλισμού για την καθημερινή λειτουργία και εξυπηρέτηση
- Τηρείς αυστηρά διαδικασίες υγιεινής, HACCP, κανόνες υγείας και ασφάλειας και πολιτικές του ξενοδοχείου
- Συνεργάζεσαι αρμονικά και επαγγελματικά με συναδέλφους και επιβλέποντες του τμήματος
- Εκτελείς άλλες συναφείς αρμοδιότητες που απαιτούνται από το τμήμα F&B

- Πρότυπα καθαριότητας, διαδικασίες υγιεινής και HACCP
- Συμμόρφωση με κανόνες υγείας και ασφάλειας
- Διαχείριση αποβλήτων και συντήρηση εξοπλισμού
- Ομαδική εργασία και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
- Σωματική αντοχή και ευελιξία ωραρίου
