- Ανταποκρίνεσαι με επαγγελματισμό και ευγένεια σε αιτήματα πελατών
- Εκτελείς άλλες σχετικές εργασίες που ανατίθενται από το τμήμα καθαριότητας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Υγιεινή δωματίου και διαδικασίες καθαρισμού με τήρηση προτύπων
- Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Επάρκεια στα Ελληνικά και βασική γνώση Αγγλικών
- Ευγένεια, διακριτικότητα και επαγγελματισμός

Περιγραφή Θέσης
A member of the Housekeeping team plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, order, and overall image of the resort, ensuring a flawless and comfortable environment for guests in line with the high hospitality standards of NOŪS Santorini.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Ensure proper replenishment of amenities (linen, towels, toiletries) and report any shortages.
Handle guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Perform any other related tasks as assigned by housekeeping department.
Requirements
Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel.
Good command of the Greek language and basic communication-level English.
Experience in room hygiene and cleaning procedures, with adherence to hygiene standards.
Strong attention to detail and a guest-service-oriented mindset.
Courtesy, discretion, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
