Περιγραφή Θέσης

Provides personalized service to guests, handles inquiries and complaints, and ensures a memorable experience. Acts as the main point of contact for VIPs and regular guests.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure in a warm and friendly manner.

  • Address guest inquiries via e-mail before arrival and offer recommendations to enhance their stay.

  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns with professionalism, offering suitable solutions.

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests.

  • Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Front Desk, F&B, etc.) to ensure seamless guest experiences.

  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Manage VIP guests and special requests, ensuring a high level of service is provided.

  • Provide assistance with reservations and booking modifications.

  • Ensure all guest feedback is recorded and used to improve service quality.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Performing other related tasks based on the hotel's needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in guest relations in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Fluent in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.

  • Knowledge of a PMS will be an advantage (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
