A Front Desk Agent in a resort is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for guests. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth arrival, stay, and departure experience while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Answering guest questions and resolving problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction.
Communication and cooperation with other hotel departments to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
Provide information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
Performing other related front desk agent duties as required by the hotel.
Requirements:
Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism.
Fluency in English and Greek conversation, reading and writing. Knowledge of an additional language will be appreciated.
Previous hotel experience in similar position.
Computer Literacy – Knowledge of OPERA or Fidelio.
Friendly and have a polite personality.
Able to multi-task and use initiative, focusing on guest needs.
With excellent communication skills.
Detail oriented.
