- Ευχαριστείς και αποχαιρετάς τους πελάτες εκφράζοντας πρόθεση μελλοντικής επίσκεψης
- Παρέχεις άμεση και ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια του γεύματος, καλύπτοντας ανάγκες και προτιμήσεις πελατών
- Παρέχεις πληροφορίες για το μενού και απαντάς σε ερωτήσεις σχετικά με φαγητά και ποτά
- Καταχωρείς παραγγελίες στα συστήματα POS κατά την παραγγελία
- Ολοκληρώνεις τη βάρδια με κλείσιμο στο POS και ταμειακό έλεγχο σε μετρητά και κάρτες
- Διατηρείς το εστιατόριο καθαρό και οργανωμένο σε όλους τους χώρους
- Συντονίζεσαι με το προσωπικό κουζίνας και μπαρ για έγκαιρη παράδοση φαγητού και ποτών
- Επικοινωνείς με την κουζίνα για ερωτήματα μενού, αλλεργίες, διατροφικές ανάγκες και ειδικές αιτήσεις
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εξυπηρέτηση Πελατών και Επικοινωνιακές Δεξιότητες
- Σύστημα Ταμειακής Μηχανής (POS) και Χειρισμός Μετρητών και Πληρωμών με Κάρτα
- Κανονισμοί Υγείας, Ασφάλειας και Υγιεινής
- Παροχή Γνώσεων Τροφίμων και Ποτών
- Πολυδιεργασία και Οργανωτικές Δεξιότητες
- Επικοινωνιακές Δεξιότητες και Επιμέλεια στη Λεπτομέρεια
