- Παρέχεις συμβουλές και προτάσεις για τα προϊόντα με γνώση των χαρακτηριστικών τους
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ερωτήσεις και ενστάσεις πελατών με ευγένεια και επαγγελματισμό
- Οργανώνεις και τοποθετείς προϊόντα στα ράφια για να αναδειχθεί το κατάστημα
- Παρακολουθείς τα αποθέματα και πραγματοποιείς παραγγελίες νέων προϊόντων
- Ανοίγεις και κλείνεις το ταμείο και διαχειρίζεσαι τις πληρωμές και τα μετρητά
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ακριβώς τις επιστροφές ή αλλαγές προϊόντων σύμφωνα με την πολιτική του καταστήματος
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ισχυρές διαπροσωπικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Άριστη γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας και επιθυμητή γνώση δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας
- Εμπειρία σε θέση πωλήσεων λιανικής
- Προσαρμοστικότητα και ευελιξία στην εργασία
- Πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Γνώση τάσεων μόδας
- Tourismκατά προτίμηση
