Τι θα κάνεις
- Συντονίζεις και επιβλέπεις τις καθημερινές εργασίες συντήρησης, περιλαμβάνοντας προληπτική συντήρηση και επείγουσες επισκευές
- Εξασφαλίζεις τη σωστή λειτουργία μηχανολογικών συστημάτων και κατασκευαστικών στοιχείων
- Επιβλέπεις τη συντήρηση των δωματίων, των κοινόχρηστων χώρων και των εξωτερικών χώρων
- Προσελάμβανεις, εκπαιδεύεις και διαχειρίζεσαι την ομάδα συντήρησης
- Διεξάγεις τακτικές συναντήσεις ασφάλειας και εκπαιδεύεις στην ασφαλή χρήση εξοπλισμού
- Προωθείς ένα θετικό περιβάλλον ομάδας και ενθαρρύνεις τη συνεχή βελτίωση
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με κανονισμούς υγείας και ασφάλειας
- Πραγματοποιείς τακτικούς ελέγχους ασφαλείας και επιθεωρήσεις
- Τηρείς ακριβή αρχεία επιθεωρήσεων και συντήρησης
- Αντιδράς άμεσα σε θέματα συντήρησης που αναφέρουν οι επισκέπτες
- Συνεργάζεσαι με άλλα τμήματα για την ομαλή εμπειρία των επισκεπτών
- Αξιολογείς τα σχόλια των επισκεπτών για βελτίωση υπηρεσιών
- Σχεδιάζεις και συντονίζεις έργα βελτίωσης και ανακαινίσεις
- Δημιουργείς χρονοδιαγράμματα, επιλέγεις προμηθευτές και διαχειρίζεσαι τον προϋπολογισμό έργων
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τη διοίκηση για προτεραιοποίηση έργων που αυξάνουν την αξία και ικανοποίηση επισκεπτών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση μηχανολογικών συστημάτων και υποδομών
- Ηγεσία και διαχείριση ομάδας συντήρησης
- Γνώση κανονισμών υγείας και ασφάλειας και εκπαίδευση ασφάλειας
- Προληπτική συντήρηση και εκτέλεση επιθεωρήσεων
- Διοίκηση προϋπολογισμού και συντονισμός έργων
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και επίλυση προβλημάτων
- Γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineeringκατά προτίμηση
