Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις τον Head Chef στις καθημερινές λειτουργίες της κουζίνας, επίβλεψη προσωπικού, προγραμματισμό και οργάνωση εργασιών
- Συμβάλλεις στην ανάπτυξη μενού με πιάτα υψηλής ποιότητας που ανταποκρίνονται στις προτιμήσεις και διατροφικές απαιτήσεις των πελατών
- Επιβλέπεις την προετοιμασία, μαγείρεμα, σερβίρισμα, έλεγχο μερίδων και παρουσίαση των πιάτων
- Τηρείς τα πρότυπα ασφάλειας τροφίμων, υγιεινής και καθαριότητας στον χώρο κουζίνας
- Παρακολουθείς τα αποθέματα και βοηθάς στη διαχείριση των προμηθειών
- Εκπαιδεύεις και καθοδηγείς το προσωπικό κουζίνας σε τεχνικές μαγειρικής και διαδικασίες ασφάλειας
- Δημιουργείς ένα θετικό και αποδοτικό εργασιακό περιβάλλον κατά τη διάρκεια της υπηρεσίας
- Προτείνεις βελτιώσεις μενού, εποχιακά πιάτα και αποδοτικότητα λειτουργιών κουζίνας

- Ασφάλεια τροφίμων και τήρηση υγιεινής
- Επίβλεψη προσωπικού και ηγετικές ικανότητες

- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ομαδική συνεργασία
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, χρήση συστημάτων POS και MS Office
