- Υποδέχεσαι και καλωσορίζεις τους πελάτες με φιλική και επαγγελματική στάση
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις κρατήσεις πελατών, είτε δια ζώσης, τηλεφωνικά, είτε μέσω διαδικτυακής πλατφόρμας
- Τακτοποιείς τους πελάτες στις θέσεις τους σύμφωνα με τις προτιμήσεις και τις ειδικές απαιτήσεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τη ροή των πελατών και συντονίζεις τη δέσμευση τραπεζιών για βέλτιστη λειτουργία του χώρου
- Διακρίνεις και εξυπηρετείς με ιδιαίτερη φροντίδα τους VIP πελάτες
- Συνεργάζεσαι και επικοινωνείς με τους σερβιτόρους και τη διοίκηση για ομαλή λειτουργία
- Τηρείς ενημερωμένο βιβλίο ή ψηφιακό σύστημα κρατήσεων
- Ενημερώνεις την ομάδα για ειδικές απαιτήσεις ή αλλαγές στις τοποθετήσεις τραπεζιών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και δεξιότητες εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και διαχείριση χρόνου για τον χειρισμό κρατήσεων και καθορισμό τραπεζιών
- Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και πολυδιεργασίας
- Ικανότητα οικοδόμησης σχέσεων με το προσωπικό και τους πελάτες
- Προληπτική διαχείριση και οργάνωση με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Υποδοχή και καλωσόρισμα πελατών και διαχείριση VIP πελατών
- Εξοικείωση με το σύστημα OPERA και Αγγλικά σε συζητησιακό επίπεδο
