- Υποδέχεσαι θερμά τους επισκέπτες και τους συνοδεύεις στα τραπέζια τους.
- Ευχαριστείς τους επισκέπτες και τους αποχαιρετάς, ενθαρρύνοντας την επόμενη επίσκεψή τους.
- Παρέχεις άμεση και ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση, φροντίζοντας τις ανάγκες και τις προτιμήσεις τους.
- Παρουσιάζεις πληροφορίες για το μενού και απαντάς σε ερωτήσεις για φαγητά και ποτά.
- Καταχωρίζεις παραγγελίες και συναλλαγές σε συστήματα Point of Sale (POS).
- Ολοκληρώνεις το κλείσιμο βάρδιας στο POS και συμφωνείς μετρητά και συναλλαγές με πιστωτικές κάρτες.
- Διατηρείς καθαρούς και οργανωμένους τους χώρους του εστιατορίου.
- Συντονίζεσαι με την κουζίνα και το bar για την έγκαιρη παράδοση φαγητού και ποτών.
- Επικοινωνείς με την κουζίνα για ερωτήσεις μενού, αλλεργίες, διατροφικές ανάγκες και ειδικά αιτήματα.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και σέρβις φαγητού και ποτών
- Λήψη παραγγελιών, γνώση μενού και ποτών
- Συστήματα Point of Sale (POS), ταμειακές συναλλαγές και συναλλαγές με πιστωτικές κάρτες
- Κανονισμοί υγείας, ασφάλειας και υγιεινής
- Αγγλικά σε επίπεδο επικοινωνίας και επικοινωνία αλλεργιών και διατροφικών αναγκών
- Σχεδιασμός και οργάνωση, Multitasking, καθαριότητα και οργάνωση εστιατορίου, συντονισμός με κουζίνα και bar
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίαςκατά προτίμηση
