Τι θα κάνεις
- Αξιολογείς,筛νάρεις και παίρνεις συνεντεύξεις από υποψηφίους, καθώς και οργανώνεις το onboarding νέων εργαζομένων.
- Ετοιμάζεις έγγραφα πρόσληψης και διαχειρίζεσαι αρχεία εργαζομένων και καταχωρίσεις στο Σύστημα ΕΡΓΑΝΗ.
- Συντονίζεις στέγαση, μετακίνηση και catering για τους εργαζομένους.
- Συντονίζεις κοινωνικές εκδηλώσεις, προγράμματα ψυχαγωγίας και εσωτερικές δραστηριότητες.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι συμβάσεις, επιστολές προσφοράς και διοικητικές διαδικασίες HR.
- Τηρείς ακριβή και εμπιστευτικά αρχεία εργαζομένων.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με την εργατική νομοθεσία και τους σχετικούς κανονισμούς.
- Υποστηρίζεις την επεξεργασία της εβδομαδιαίας μισθοδοσίας, συμπεριλαμβανομένων προσλήψεων, αποχωρήσεων και timesheets.
- Καταρτίζεις εβδομαδιαία προγράμματα ομάδων και ελέγχεις τη συμμόρφωση με αυτά στο Σύστημα ΕΡΓΑΝΗ.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι όλους τους τύπους αδειών, όπως κανονική, ασθενείας και μητρότητας.
- Παρακολουθείς τη διαδικασία αξιολόγησης απόδοσης και τηρείς τις σχετικές προθεσμίες.
- Συντονίζεις τα πλάνα εκπαίδευσης και διευκολύνεις τη διαδικασία εκπαίδευσης.
- Εντοπίζεις κενά δεξιοτήτων και προτείνεις κατάλληλα προγράμματα εκπαίδευσης.
- Διατηρείς ενημερωμένο το εγχειρίδιο εργαζομένων και το διανέμεις στο προσωπικό.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Recruitment και Onboarding
- Διαχείριση μισθοδοσίας και διαχείριση αποδοχών και παροχών
- Ελληνικό εργατικό δίκαιο και εργασιακή νομοθεσία
- Employee relations και διαχείριση αρχείων εργαζομένων
- Σύστημα ΕΡΓΑΝΗ, διαχείριση αδειών και MS Office
- Ελληνική γλώσσα και Αγγλική γλώσσα
- Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
