- Καλωσορίζεις τους επισκέπτες με φιλική διάθεση και χαμόγελο
- Επικοινωνείς με όλα τα τμήματα για να διασφαλίσεις την καθαριότητα και τον εξοπλισμό των δωματίων
- Ολοκληρώνεις τις εργασίες του τμήματος Υποδοχής όπως check-in, check-out και την έκδοση τιμολογίων
- Διαχειρίζεσαι αιτήματα και παράπονα επισκεπτών με επαγγελματισμό και έγκαιρα
- Παρέχεις φιλικές και θερμές υπηρεσίες στους επισκέπτες και στους συνεργάτες
- Διατηρείς καλή εικόνα της υποδοχής και διαχειρίζεσαι τους επισκέπτες
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής και της ελληνικής γλώσσας
- Γνώση τρίτης ξένης γλώσσας, προτιμούνται Γαλλικά ή Γερμανικά
- Γνώση Ρωσικών θεωρείται πρόσθετο προσόν
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ και γνώση συστήματος OPERA
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και διαχείριση αιτημάτων και παραπόνων
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, ομαδικό πνεύμα και συνεργασία
- Οργάνωση και διαχείριση υποδοχής
- Tourismκατά προτίμηση
