Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι, παρακολουθείς και βελτιστοποιείς paid campaigns σε Google Ads, Meta Ads και ταξιδιωτικές πλατφόρμες.
- Παρακολουθείς budgets, pacing, ROAS και conversions ανά ξενοδοχείο και εφαρμόζεις έγκαιρες βελτιστοποιήσεις.
- Παρακολουθείς βασικά e-commerce KPIs και ετοιμάζεις σαφείς, αξιοποιήσιμες αναφορές απόδοσης.
- Διασφαλίζεις την ορθότητα tracking και measurement μέσω GA4, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels και UTM structures.
- Υποστηρίζεις την καθημερινή απόδοση websites και booking engines ξενοδοχείων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων offers και landing pages.
- Διατηρείς ψηφιακά σημεία επαφής, όπως Google Business Profiles, TripAdvisor profiles και OTA advertising interfaces.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με Marketing, Revenue, Sales, Reservations, ξενοδοχεία, agencies και technology partners για την έγκαιρη υλοποίηση campaigns και projects.
- Υποστηρίζεις openings ξενοδοχείων, seasonal launches και tactical campaigns, πραγματοποιώντας competitor, market και channel analysis.
- Δοκιμάζεις νέα εργαλεία, campaign formats και automations για τη συνεχή βελτίωση της digital απόδοσης.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Google Ads, Meta Ads και Performance marketing για διαχείριση και βελτιστοποίηση campaigns.
- Web analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Conversion tracking, Attribution και UTM structures.
- Data analysis, Reporting και Excel για ερμηνεία δεδομένων και παρουσίαση insights.
- Budget management, ROAS optimization και παρακολούθηση performance metrics.
- BI tools για reporting και data analysis.
- Μάρκετινγκ / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Ψηφιακό Μάρκετινγκ / Τουρισμός / Οικονομικά / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
