- Διαχειρίζεσαι το mise en place και τα αποθέματα ειδικών υλικών του τμήματος ασιατικής κουζίνας.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τον Chef de Cuisine για την ανάπτυξη μενού και την καθημερινή λειτουργία.
- Τηρείς συνεχώς τα πρότυπα υγιεινής, ασφάλειας τροφίμων και HACCP.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη λειτουργία κουζίνας υψηλού ρυθμού και όγκου κατά την περίοδο αιχμής.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Μαγειρική ασιατικής κουζίνας, τεχνικές μαγειρικής και παρουσίαση πιάτων
- Ασφάλεια τροφίμων και HACCP, διαδικασίες κουζίνας και διαχείριση υλικών
- Διαχείριση mise en place
- MS Office και συστήματα POS
- Αγγλικά
- Εργασία υπό πίεση, ομαδικότητα, επικοινωνία, οργάνωση και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Γαστρονομικές Τέχνεςκατά προτίμηση
