Τι θα κάνεις
- Καθαρίζεις και κόβεις υλικά, προετοιμάζοντας πρώτες ύλες για τα πιάτα.
- Τηρείς τους κανονισμούς υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων κατά την προετοιμασία και αποθήκευση.
- Υποστηρίζεις τους μάγειρες στην προετοιμασία πιάτων με εργασίες όπως τηγάνισμα, ψήσιμο και βράσιμο.
- Εκτελείς απλές διαδικασίες μαγειρικής υπό την καθοδήγηση έμπειρων μαγείρων.
- Προετοιμάζεις υλικά σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες και τις απαιτούμενες αναλογίες.
- Διατηρείς την κουζίνα καθαρή και οργανωμένη, απομακρύνοντας τακτικά τα απορρίμματα και καθαρίζοντας τις επιφάνειες.
- Αποθηκεύεις τις πρώτες ύλες σε κατάλληλους χώρους και θερμοκρασίες.
- Παρακολουθείς τα αποθέματα υλικών και αναφέρεις έγκαιρα τις ανάγκες αναπλήρωσης.
- Συντονίζεσαι με την ομάδα κουζίνας για την ομαλή ροή εργασιών.
- Αναφέρεις προβλήματα εξοπλισμού, παραγγελιών ή προμηθειών στον Head Chef ή τον Sous Chef.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πρότυπα ασφάλειας τροφίμων και κανονισμοί υγιεινής
- Διαδικασίες κουζίνας και λειτουργία επαγγελματικής κουζίνας
- Βασικές τεχνικές μαγειρικής και προετοιμασία υλικών
- Αποθήκευση πρώτων υλών και παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων
- Καθαριότητα κουζίνας και προετοιμασία φαγητού μεγάλου όγκου
- Αγγλικά
- Γαστρονομικές Τέχνεςκατά προτίμηση
