- Απόφοιτος σχολής μαγείρων
- Προϋπηρεσία 2 ετών σε εστιατόρια à la carte σε ξενοδοχεία 5*
- Ικανότητα διαχείρισης προσωπικού κουζίνας
- Γνώση και τήρηση διαδικασιών υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
- Γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας
