- Φροντίζεις να είναι τακτοποιημένοι και καθαροί όλοι οι χώροι γρήγορα
- Διατηρείς την καθαριότητα και οργάνωση των χώρων
- Βοηθάς στη διατήρηση αποθεμάτων προμηθειών και εξοπλισμού
- Τηρείς τις κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
- Αφαιρείς πιάτα, γυαλικά και μαχαιροπίρουνα από την παραλία ή την πισίνα
- Συντονίζεσαι με το προσωπικό κουζίνας και μπαρ για έγκαιρη παράδοση φαγητού και ποτών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και δεξιότητες διαπροσωπικής επικοινωνίας
- Υπηρεσίες σε φαγητό και ποτό και εξοικείωση με συστήματα POS
- Κανονισμοί υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
- Καθαριότητα και οργάνωση χώρων
- Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και δεξιότητες προγραμματισμού και οργάνωσης
- Γνώσεις αγγλικών σε συνομιλία
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίαςκατά προτίμηση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
As a Waiter/Waitress B’ at Domes Resorts, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be serving food and beverages, ensuring a positive experience for Domes' guests.
Some of the responsibilities:
Guest Services
Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
Thank and give fond farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit.
Assist the Head Waiter/Waitress or the Waiter/Waitress A’ in taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
Ensure prompt and courteous service throughout their time at the beach or pool area, attending to guests' needs and preferences.
Operational Services
Ensure all are set and cleared promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas.
Assist in maintaining stock levels of supplies and equipment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Assist the Head Waiter/Waitress or the Waiter/Waitress A’ in providing and maintaining the service standards using friendly, courteous, and professional service.
Removing dishes, glassware and cutlery from the beach or pool area.
Collaboration
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Requirements
Useful to have:
High School or vocational training in a similar field is preferred.
Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations will be considered as a plus.
Conversational English level and familiarity with POS system is a plus as well.

Ability to build relationships, internally and externally, within their department and between their department and the rest of the team.
