- Προετοιμάζεις και σερβίρεις αλκοολούχα και μη ποτά σύμφωνα με συνταγές και προτιμήσεις πελατών
- Παρέχεις εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών με φιλική και εξατομικευμένη διάθεση
- Χειρίζεσαι σωστά μετρητά και πιστωτικές συναλλαγές
- Επαναφέρεις τα αποθέματα του μπαρ και παρακολουθείς τα επίπεδα αποθεμάτων
- Τηρείς τους κανονισμούς υγείας και ασφάλειας και φροντίζεις την καθαριότητα του μπαρ
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα κουζίνας και F&B για ομαλή λειτουργία
- Βοηθάς στην εκπαίδευση νέου προσωπικού στην προετοιμασία ποτών και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Αναλύεις τις πωλήσεις και τα σχόλια πελατών για τη βελτίωση υπηρεσιών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας και δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και διαχείριση παραπόνων
- Κανονισμοί Υγείας & Ασφάλειας και καθαριότητα μπαρ
- Μιξολογία και προετοιμασία ποτών
- Διαχείριση αποθέματος, περιστροφή αποθεμάτων και διαχείριση μετρητών
- Συνεργασία ομάδας και δεξιότητες εκπαίδευσης
