Τι θα κάνεις
- Παρασκευάζεις και σερβίρεις αλκοολούχα και μη αλκοολούχα ροφήματα σύμφωνα με συνταγές και προτιμήσεις πελατών.
- Υποδέχεσαι θερμά τους πελάτες, προβλέπεις τις ανάγκες τους και διαχειρίζεσαι τα ερωτήματά τους με επαγγελματισμό.
- Αναλύεις τάσεις πωλήσεων και feedback πελατών για να εντοπίζεις δημοφιλή προϊόντα και περιθώρια βελτίωσης.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι με ακρίβεια συναλλαγές με μετρητά και κάρτες και ακολουθείς τις διαδικασίες ανοίγματος και κλεισίματος.
- Αναπληρώνεις προμήθειες, παρακολουθείς τα αποθέματα και συμμετέχεις σε καταμετρήσεις για τον περιορισμό της σπατάλης.
- Τηρείς την περιστροφή και την οργάνωση αποθεμάτων για την αποφυγή αλλοίωσης.
- Εφαρμόζεις πρωτόκολλα υγείας, ασφάλειας και υγιεινής κατά τον ασφαλή χειρισμό τροφίμων, ροφημάτων και εξοπλισμού.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι υπεύθυνα πελάτες υπό την επήρεια αλκοόλ.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την κουζίνα και την ομάδα F&B για ομαλή και αποδοτική εκτέλεση service.
- Υποστηρίζεις την εκπαίδευση νέων μελών της ομάδας.
- Διατηρείς σαφή επικοινωνία με την ομάδα bar και τα άλλα τμήματα για την κάλυψη των αναγκών των πελατών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Παρασκευή αλκοολούχων και μη αλκοολούχων ροφημάτων, κλασικά cocktails και σύγχρονες συνταγές
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και διαχείριση παραπόνων
- Υπεύθυνη διάθεση αλκοόλ
- Κανονισμοί υγείας και ασφάλειας και κανονισμοί ασφάλειας τροφίμων
- Διαχείριση συναλλαγών με μετρητά και κάρτες, διαχείριση και περιστροφή αποθεμάτων
- Εκτέλεση service, λειτουργία επισιτισμού και ποτών, αγγλική γλώσσα και συστήματα πληροφορικής
