Τι θα κάνεις
- Προετοιμάζεις και σερβίρεις καφέ, τσάι και άλλα ροφήματα όπως εσπρέσο, καπουτσίνο, latte, μακιάτο, φίλτρο, χυμούς και smoothies
- Προσαρμόζεις τα ροφήματα σύμφωνα με τις προτιμήσεις των πελατών, π.χ. χωρίς καφεΐνη ή με φυτικά γάλατα
- Διασφαλίζεις θετική εμπειρία πελάτη με φιλική προσέγγιση ως πρώτη επαφή
- Διατηρείς την καθαριότητα και απολυμαίνεις τον εξοπλισμό και τις μηχανές
- Ελέγχεις και ανανεώνεις τα αποθέματα υλικών όπως καφές, γάλα, σιρόπια και αρωματικά
- Προετοιμάζεις και αποθηκεύεις τα υλικά σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις υγιεινής
- Βοηθάς στην εκπαίδευση νέου προσωπικού σχετικά με την παρασκευή ροφημάτων και την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Συνεργάζεσαι με το προσωπικό κουζίνας και σερβιτόρων για ομαλή εξυπηρέτηση και γρήγορη παράδοση
- Επικοινωνείς αποτελεσματικά με τα μέλη της ομάδας σχετικά με τις προτιμήσεις πελατών και τη διαθεσιμότητα προϊόντων
- Τηρείς τους κανόνες υγιεινής, ασφάλειας και χειρισμού τροφίμων
- Ενημερώνεις για αλλεργιογόνα συστατικά στα ροφήματα με ακρίβεια όταν ζητείται
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Τεχνικές παρασκευής καφέ και χειρισμός μηχανής espresso
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών με επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Γνώση κανόνων υγιεινής, ασφάλειας και καθαριότητας
- Συντήρηση και καθαρισμός εξοπλισμού
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και προδραστική οργάνωση
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και χρήση MS Office
- Πολυδιεργασία υπό πίεση, αναλυτικές δεξιότητες και ομαδική συνεργασία
