- Υποδέχεσαι άμεσα τους επισκέπτες με ζεστό και φιλικό τρόπο.
- Ευχαριστείς τους επισκέπτες και τους αποχαιρετάς θερμά, ενθαρρύνοντας την επόμενη επίσκεψή τους.
- Υποστηρίζεις τον/την Waiter/Waitress A’ στη λήψη και παράδοση παραγγελιών φαγητού και ποτών.
- Παρέχεις άμεση και ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του γεύματος.
- Στρώνεις και καθαρίζεις έγκαιρα τα τραπέζια.
- Διατηρείς καθαρούς και τακτοποιημένους τους χώρους εστίασης.
- Συμβάλλεις στη διατήρηση των αποθεμάτων προμηθειών και εξοπλισμού.
- Τηρείς όλους τους κανονισμούς υγείας και ασφάλειας.
- Αφαιρείς πιάτα, ποτήρια και μαχαιροπίρουνα από τα τραπέζια.
- Συντονίζεσαι με την κουζίνα και το bar για την έγκαιρη παράδοση φαγητού και ποτών.

- Στρώσιμο και καθάρισμα τραπεζιών και καθαριότητα χώρου εστίασης
- Διαχείριση αποθέματος
- Συντονισμός κουζίνας και bar
- Κανονισμοί υγείας και ασφάλειας
- Διαχείριση πολλαπλών εργασιών, σχεδιασμός και οργάνωση, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες, Conversational English, εξοικείωση με POS system
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίαςκατά προτίμηση
