The Natco Delivery Manager is part of the OneTV team, responsible for driving delivery initiatives across Natcos and achieving operational goals for the Group. Each Delivery Manager is assigned to one or more Natcos and ensures that implementation activities are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. 

This role requires managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams to achieve coherent timelines and successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is a team player, results-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities 


  • Act as the primary point of contact for Natcos during implementation phases, ensuring alignment and satisfaction. 

  • Foster an agile mindset to deliver high-quality, reliable TV products in line with business needs and within established release and change management processes. 

  • Facilitate, track, and communicate progress across priority areas to key stakeholders. 

  • Manage effective communication within and between internal and external teams. 

  • Oversee the delivery and deployment of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outcomes from central and vendor teams. 

  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate issues and risks; define clear next steps and ownership to overcome obstacles. 

  • Facilitate or lead daily stand-ups, operational Natco calls, go/no-go reviews, and contribute to Quality and Change Management meetings. 

  • Manage service delivery interdependencies between Natco teams and remove impediments to ensure smooth execution. 

Minimum Qualifications 


  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in TV delivery (OTT, Smart TV, or similar) using traditional and/or Agile methodologies. 

  • Proven experience in establishing and leading end-to-end delivery projects. 

  • Strong ability to work effectively with remote and cross-time-zone teams. 

  • Demonstrated people leadership skills: transparency, active listening, and the ability to motivate and engage teams. 

Preferred Qualifications 


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. 

  • Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal). 

  • Recognized professional certification preferred (e.g., PMP or equivalent). 

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
