Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαμορφώνεις και υλοποιείς λύσεις Sprinklr σύμφωνα με τις επιχειρησιακές απαιτήσεις και τις βέλτιστες πρακτικές της πλατφόρμας.
- Μεταφράζεις επιχειρησιακές και λειτουργικές ανάγκες σε λειτουργικές και τεχνικές προδιαγραφές.
- Καθοδηγείς τον κύκλο παράδοσης από την ανάλυση και τον σχεδιασμό λύσεων έως τη διαμόρφωση, τον έλεγχο, την ανάπτυξη και την παράδοση.
- Υλοποιείς και συντηρείς διασυνδέσεις μέσω REST APIs, webhooks και μηχανισμών authentication, χρησιμοποιώντας Groovy και JavaScript όπου απαιτείται.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με ομάδες IT, Business και Operations για την επίλυση απαιτήσεων, εξαρτήσεων και ζητημάτων υλοποίησης.
- Τεκμηριώνεις λύσεις, μεταδίδεις γνώση και εκπαιδεύεις Client Champions για την υποστήριξη της υιοθέτησης του προϊόντος.

- Διαμόρφωση και υλοποίηση της πλατφόρμας Sprinklr
- Αρχιτεκτονική RESTful API, Technical integrations, Webhooks και μηχανισμοί authentication
- Groovy και JavaScript
- SIP, VoIP, IVR και Session border controllers
- Solution design, Testing και deployment
- Technical και functional specifications, Documentation και training
