ACNE is a creative consultancy that combines creative thinking with business analysis: strategy, design, storytelling, and visual production come together to craft campaigns perfectly tailored to the brand’s cultural context and audience needs. We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled professional to join our video team, playing an active role in the production of innovative audiovisual content for both national and international clients. You’ll work on a wide range of projects—from corporate videos to digital campaigns—contributing to both editing and motion design, while exploring new visual languages powered by generative AI. 

For a full coverage of your role, you ought to be able to:

• Concept and produce video content for brands, campaigns, and social formats

• Design 2D motion graphics and compositing using After Effects

• Execute advanced video editing in Premiere Pro, optimized for various outputs and platforms

• Handle sound design and audio mixing to craft a complete audiovisual experience

• Use Generative AI tools for rapid prototyping, visual element design, and creative content enhancement

• Collaborate with creative teams (art, copy, account) to translate briefs into visually compelling solutions aligned with brand identity

Key Qualifications

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• Hold 0-2 years of experience on a similar role.

• You have solid experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro

• Excellent knowledge of English and strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously but also within a team, high motivation for consulting field and analytical and problem-solving attitude.

• You work independently but thrive in a collaborative creative environment

• You can efficiently manage end-to-end video projects, from editing to final delivery

• You enjoy exploring new visual languages and emerging technologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in teams.

• Flexibility and strong motivation to work in the fast-paced consulting field.

• Availability to travel

Bonus Qualifications

• You have basic knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D)

• You have previously worked in a communication agency or in a post-production house

• You're comfortable with AI tools such as Krea, Midjourney, Veo, Luma, Runway, Kling, Firefly, ElevenLabs, CapCut, or similar

The profile is rounded up by excellent analytical skills, precision, self-management capacities and a strong goal-oriented inclination.

*Candidates must provide a 1:00 / 1:30 minute video showreel featuring their best work created with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. The reel should clearly demonstrate editing skills, motion graphics capabilities, animation, compositing, visual rhythm and overall video craft.
