- Σχεδιάζεις δομές λήψης αποφάσεων, διαδικασίες εγκρίσεων και διαδρομές κλιμάκωσης.
- Καθορίζεις την ιεράρχηση, χρηματοδότηση και εποπτεία των IT έργων.
- Διασφαλίζεις την ασφαλή και συμμορφούμενη λειτουργία κρίσιμων συστημάτων.
- Καθιερώνεις πλαίσια IT Operations που πληρούν τις κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις.
- Δημιουργείς ελεγχόμενες και ελέγξιμες διαδικασίες για τον κύκλο ζωής συστημάτων, το Change και το Release Management.
- Δημιουργείς Service Level Agreements (SLAs) για την υποστήριξη κρίσιμων επιχειρησιακών λειτουργιών.
- Εντοπίζεις και αξιολογείς κινδύνους IT σε ρυθμιζόμενα περιβάλλοντα.
- Σχεδιάζεις στρατηγικές μετριασμού κινδύνων.
- Εγκαθιστάς μηχανισμούς παρακολούθησης για τον έλεγχο των κινδύνων.
- Σχεδιάζεις και λειτουργείς δομές IT PMO.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση των έργων από την έναρξη έως την ολοκλήρωσή τους.

- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πλαίσια διακυβέρνησης IT, Διαδικασίες IT και Risk-based governance
- IT Service Management (ITSM) και IT Operations
- IT PMO, Portfolio management και IT Project Management
- Διαχείριση κινδύνων IT και Κανονιστική συμμόρφωση
- Διαχείριση κύκλου ζωής IT, Change and Release Management και Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Πλατφόρμες Life Sciences και Απαιτήσεις FDA, HIPAA και GXP
