Junior ServiceNow Technical Consultant 

Role Summary

We are looking for a Junior ServiceNow Consultant/Developer with programming foundations and interest in IT Asset Management, Contract Management and Risk. The role supports senior consultants in platform configuration and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure forms, UI Policies, Business Rules, Flow Designer workflows.

• Support SAM Pro activities: models, contracts, software inventory data.

• Support Contract Management: contract records, workflows, renewal tracking.

• Support TPRM/IRM: assessments, questionnaires, scoring and issue tracking.

• Prepare documentation, testing scripts and troubleshooting analysis.

Required Skills

• Basic JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSON, REST.

• Understanding of databases and data modeling.

• Interest in ITAM, IRM, process automation and enterprise platforms.

• Good Analytical and communication skills

Preferred Certifications

CSA (nice to have), ITIL, basic ServiceNow training.

ServiceNow Technical Consultant – Experienced Profile

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant with solid knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), Contract Management and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). The role includes design, configuration, and optimization of solutions across ITAM, Legal/Procurement and Risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain SAM Pro (discovery, normalization, reconciliation, optimization).

• Configure Contract Management workflows, renewals, clauses, notifications and analytics.

• Support IRM/TPRM processes: vendor onboarding, assessments, scoring, issue tracking.

• Develop configs and automations: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer.

• Integrate ServiceNow with inventory, procurement, contract or risk systems.

• Provide technical leadership, documentation, testing and platform governance.

Required Skills

• Strong ServiceNow experience across ITAM/SAM, Contract Management, IRM.

• Good scripting: JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, REST API.

• Knowledge of software licensing, contract lifecycle and risk frameworks.

• Good communication and stakeholder alignment.

•         You obtained a Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Computer Science and Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or have an equivalent qualification.

Preferred Certifications

•         CSA, CIS-SAM, CIS-ITAM, CIS-Risk/IRM, ITIL.
