Τι θα κάνεις
- Συνεργάζεσαι με ανώτερα μέλη έργων για την ανάπτυξη υποθέσεων και σχεδίων που καλύπτουν τους στόχους του έργου.
- Συλλέγεις και αναλύεις πληροφορίες μέσω συνεντεύξεων με stakeholders, ανάλυσης δεδομένων και benchmarking, μετατρέποντάς τες σε χρήσιμα insights.
- Συντάσσεις ενότητες ή ολόκληρα reports, παρουσιάσεις, workshops και άλλα παραδοτέα για πελάτες.
- Επικοινωνείς αναλύσεις και συστάσεις γραπτώς και προφορικώς με εσωτερικούς stakeholders και πελάτες.
- Συμμετέχεις σε συζητήσεις και workshops με πελάτες, παρουσιάζοντας με σαφήνεια insights και συστάσεις σε τεχνικό και μη τεχνικό κοινό.
- Αναλαμβάνεις workstreams και υποστηρίζεις την ανάπτυξη junior μελών μέσω coaching και mentoring.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Αναλυτική και στρατηγική σκέψη, Strategic planning και Business transformation
- Ανάπτυξη business case και Ανάλυση δεδομένων
- Stakeholder management και Διευκόλυνση workshops
- Excel και PowerPoint για αναλύσεις, business cases και παρουσιάσεις
- Σύνταξη reports, Presentation skills και Γραπτή και προφορική επικοινωνία
- Benchmarking και Επάρκεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Οικονομικά / Χρηματοοικονομικά / Πληροφορική / Διαχείριση Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας / Συναφές Πεδίο Σπουδών
