#AboutYourRole
As a Consultant in our GRC practice within the Strategy Risk & Transactions Advisory department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients in implementing digital transformation programs for governance, risk management and regulatory & corporate compliance processes.  Together with the team, you will handle activities for collecting and analyze business requirements, design business solutions to address requirements, configuration of the solutions, planning tests and supporting test execution activities, fix and improve solution according to test results, manage deployment activities and support post deployment phase. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise to deliver value-added insights.

Key Qualifications

• Degree or Secondary School Diploma, preferably in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

• Hands-on experience or academic projects in data engineering and software development:

• Workflow design & automation logic

• Business process mapping and business rules logic

• Entity-Relationship designing logic

• Integration and API Knowledge (REST/SOAP API Integration, Java, Powershell, Python)

• Software development lifecycle knowledge (requirements gathering process, Functional Analysis, Design & Build sprint-cycle approach, testing management, release management process)

• Knowledge of Database Management Systems (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and others)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and their integration within data workflows

• Strong command of the English language

• Analytical and proactive mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving

• Adaptable and resilient, thriving in dynamic environments and embracing new challenges

• Excellent team player with clear and effective communication skills

• GRC Framework Knowledge

• Governance (Organizational structures, policies, decision-making frameworks)

• Risk Management (Risk assessment methodologies, risk registers, heat maps)

• Compliance (Regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA, etc.)

• Internal Audit Management (Audit Planning & Execution workflow, Control Evaluation, Reporting)

• Platform Specific Experience (configuration experiences on leading market platform, such as Archer IRM, Service Now IRM, MetricStream, Workiva, …)
