Your role as a Senior in Audit will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for your own and the team’s results. In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.

Specifically, candidates should possess the following attributes:

• A minimum of 4-5 years of solid work experience in Audit, with a specialization in Auditing Shipping Companies, Private or Public, Reporting under IFRS or USGAAP

• Holders or in the final stage (please indicate in the CV number of remaining modules) of acquiring a professional qualification (JES, AMP, SOEL, ACCA, ACA)

• Strong technical and auditing skills, with good knowledge of IFRS & US GAAP

• University Degree in: Accounting / Auditing / Finance / Economics / Business Administration and a Postgraduate Qualification in a relevant area. Other academic background with quantitative skills and relevant experience will also be considered as a strong asset

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English (Proficiency)

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor

• High level of discretion for confidential work and information

• Strong organizational skills

• Good interpersonal and supervisory skills and ability to motivate and lead and capacity to work effectively within a team

• Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates
