We are looking for professionals with experience in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) to join our team in Thessaloniki. As a SAP FI Consultant, you will have the chance to participate in delivering expert consulting services in the SAP FI (Financial Accounting) module and become part of a growing, international delivery network. SAP FI is one of the core modules in the SAP ERP system, enabling organizations to manage their financial processes, comply with statutory requirements, and produce accurate and timely financial reports. Your role will involve supporting clients in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP FI to streamline financial operations and ensure reliable financial data for business decision-making.

#YourRoleAndResponsibilities

• You will be part of a project delivery team, with colleagues in Greece as well as other international offices. The projects will focus on the delivery of SAP FI.

• You will get the chance to share your experience and knowledge with your colleagues in Thessaloniki and abroad and help realizing our ambition: “make an impact that matters”.

• Depending on your previous experience and attitude, in a longer or shorter time, you will progressively be able to and will:

• Analyze, map, and document financial processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing.

• Lead and support SAP FI implementations by gathering requirements, designing financial solutions, configuring the SAP FI module, and supporting data migration and system testing.

• Ensure end-to-end business process integration between SAP FI and other modules such as CO, MM, SD, and external systems, including banking interfaces and tax reporting platforms.

• Prepare high-quality documentation including functional specifications, process flows, configuration guides, and training materials tailored to the client’s financial teams.

• Deliver end-user and key-user training sessions and provide ongoing knowledge transfer to ensure clients can effectively operate and maintain the SAP FI system.

• Provide post-go-live support, resolve incidents, implement changes, and suggest process improvements in the SAP FI landscape.

• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and statutory tax reporting.

• Keep current with SAP Financials developments, S/4HANA innovations, and industry trends to propose system enhancements that add value.

#OurRequierements

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI, including at least two full-cycle implementations.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI sub-modules including:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Asset Accounting (AA)

  • Bank Accounting

  • Financial Closing and Reporting

• Solid understanding of integration points with CO, MM, and SD.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative consulting environment.

• SAP certification in Financial Accounting is a plus.

• Experience with S/4HANA and FIORI applications is a strong advantage.

• Exposure to tax and legal reporting requirements in local markets is an asset.

• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
