Your role as a Senior .Net Developer will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients’ engagements, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. During your tenure, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Design, develop, and deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem

• Serve as a technical specialist across a portfolio of applications, applying advanced software engineering concepts, principles and methods

• Develop detailed solution designs for application components and interfaces between internal and external systems

• Support requirements analysis and contribute to defining clear, technology-driven solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders when needed

• Review and recommend improvements to existing system architectures and engineering processes

• Contribute to incremental upgrades, integration of application code changes and testing for quality assurance

• Ensure the delivery of solutions with a strong focus on usability, maintainability and superior user experience

• Perform technical reviews, quality checks and validation of project artifacts to ensure alignment with standards and best practices

• Apply a diverse, global and analytical perspective to problem-solving and technical decision-making

• Provide guidance, technical support and knowledge-sharing to less experienced team members to foster continuous learning and growth

 Key Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or other related field

• 2-5 years of professional experience in the Microsoft .NET Framework and .NET Core, with solid hands-on experience in VB.NET and C#

• Expertise in ASP.NET MVC and Web API development

• Proficient in front-end skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript and experienced in modern client-side frameworks

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server

• Familiarity with version control systems such as TFS and Git

• Experience working with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes

• Understanding of unit testing and test automation frameworks

• Working knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns

• Ability to design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications

• Experience in all phases of application development lifecycle (requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, deployment, post-go live support, maintenance)

• Strong Interpersonal and communications skills in Greek and English is a must

• Skilled in analyzing and refining business requirements, resolving ambiguities, and translating needs into actionable technical solutions

• Military obligations fulfilled (where applicable)
