During your tenure as a Senior Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

• Providing financial and management reporting services to clients, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements (including notes), management reports and other financial reports as required;

• Assisting clients with the implementation of new accounting standards and provide services to support compliance with evolving financial reporting requirements;

• Offering services in XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) tagging, ensuring the accurate preparation, validation, and submission of financial statements and other regulatory filings in line with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) and other global digital reporting mandates;

• Participating in finance transformation projects, working with clients to design and implement automations in financial systems, processes and management reporting packages in line with best practices;

• Collaborating with internal teams, including project management, technology and data analytics, to deliver high-quality solutions to clients;

• Cooperating with other Deloitte service lines on multi-disciplinary projects, especially with BPS teams in big outsourcing projects;

• Demonstrating advanced knowledge of the key capabilities required to deliver a high-quality service experience to the client.

#OurRequirements

Specifically, candidates should possess the following attributes:

• Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant professional experience, preferable to have worked in outsourcing teams as an auditor or consultant;

• University degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration and/or related disciplines;

• Hold / In process of a professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, IESOEL);

• Excellent command of the English language;

• Technical expertise or practical experience in the application of IFRS;

• A professional approach, business acumen and strong communication skills;

• Computer literacy and technology appetite for new solutions and tools;

• Strong leadership skills and an ability to build trust within teams.
