- Εμβαθύνεις στην ισχύουσα εργατική νομοθεσία σε διαφορετικούς κλάδους.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με μη νομικές λειτουργίες για αποτελεσματικότερη νομική συμβουλευτική.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι πτυχές αναθέσεων πελατών και υποστηρίζεις πρωτοβουλίες ανάπτυξης της ομάδας.
- Διαμορφώνεις νομικές στρατηγικές και συνεργάζεσαι με διεπιστημονικές ομάδες.
- Καθοδηγείς νεότερα μέλη της ομάδας και συμβάλλεις στη συνεχή βελτίωση.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εργατικό δίκαιο και Δίκαιο κοινωνικής ασφάλισης
- Διαδικασίες πολιτικής δικονομίας και Υποστήριξη δικαστικών υποθέσεων
- Σύνταξη νομικών εγγράφων και Διαπραγμάτευση
- Νομική έρευνα και ανάλυση και Νομική στρατηγική
- Εμπορικό δίκαιο και Συγχωνεύσεις και εξαγορές
- Αγγλικά και Χρήση Η/Υ
