#AboutYourRole

We are looking for a PMO Officer to join our dynamic internal technology team and to be directly involved on important internal projects.

As a Project Management Officer joining our technology team, you will help manage the day-to-day activities of various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within the GTOM Framework.

Project Management Officer responsibilities include planning project management activities, analyzing information to keep projects on track, and collaborating with different departments to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process.

To fully coverage your role, you ought to be able to:

• Support the planning and development of projects schedules;

• Track Project progress against key milestones;

• Communicate with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals;

• Coordinate with the team members across technology department;

• Draft weekly and monthly project status reports;

• Assist with workshop and meeting planning and preparation;

• Design and produce high quality, insightful and timely portfolio reporting;

• Liaise with stakeholders involved in project delivery and support post implementation reviews;

• Maintain and support project documentation;.

• Assist with project planning where required and support resource allocation and capacity planning;

• Monitor project status across the various portfolios;

• Promote positive relationships with stakeholders;

• Ensure projects are delivered under the GTOM framework;

#OurRequirements

• Degree in Business/Information Technology or equivalent;

• 1-2 years of experience in project management or a similar role desirable;

• Knowledge of Project and Programme Management principles, tools and techniques;

• Strong interpersonal skills;

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask;

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;

• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team;

• Strong analytical ability, with a logical approach to problem solving and sound judgement;

• Proactive, with a 'can-do' approach and ability to organise & prioritize workloads to meet deadlines;

• Experience working with ServiceNow advantageous;
