- Εμπλέκεσαι με εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς ενδιαφερόμενους φορείς για υποστήριξη έργων πελατών
- Οδηγείς την επίλυση αναγκών πελατών μέσω δομημένου ορισμού και ανάλυσης προβλημάτων
- Εφαρμόζεις γνώσεις σε ανάπτυξη στρατηγικής, οργανωτικό σχεδιασμό και πλαίσια λειτουργικού μοντέλου σε προγράμματα μετασχηματισμού
- Υποστηρίζεις την ανάλυση της επιχειρηματικής κατάστασης, του κλάδου και του ανταγωνισμού για στρατηγικές πληροφορίες και οδικούς χάρτες μετασχηματισμού
- Συνεισφέρεις στο σχεδιασμό λειτουργικών μοντέλων, οργανωτικών δομών και επανασχεδιασμό επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών για βελτίωση απόδοσης
- Υποστηρίζεις τον προγραμματισμό και υλοποίηση προγραμμάτων μεγάλης κλίμακας μετασχηματισμού με παρακολούθηση ορόσημων, κινδύνων και συμμετοχή ενδιαφερόμενων
- Εφαρμόζεις γνώση κύκλου ζωής έργου και υποστηρίζεις τον προγραμματισμό πρωτοβουλιών μετασχηματισμού
- Χρησιμοποιείς ανάλυση δεδομένων, benchmarks και επιχειρηματικούς δείκτες για λήψη αποφάσεων
- Βοηθάς στην προετοιμασία σχεδίων έργου και παρακολουθείς πρόοδο έναντι στόχων, χρονοδιαγραμμάτων και προϋπολογισμών
- Συνεργάζεσαι αποτελεσματικά με διεπιστημονικές ομάδες για την ποιότητα παράδοσης αποτελεσμάτων
- Συνεισφέρεις στην προετοιμασία και ανασκόπηση παραδοτέων για ευθυγράμμιση με πρότυπα ποιότητας
- Υποστηρίζεις τις πωλήσεις μέσω έρευνας, ανάλυσης και προετοιμασίας προτάσεων και παρουσιάσεων
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ανάπτυξη στρατηγικής, οργανωτικός σχεδιασμός, πλαίσια λειτουργικού μοντέλου, επανασχεδιασμός επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών, προγράμματα μεγάλης κλίμακας μετασχηματισμού
- Αναλυτικές δεξιότητες, ανάλυση δεδομένων, έρευνα και ανάλυση για παροχή επιχειρηματικών πληροφοριών
- Γνώση κύκλου ζωής έργου, MS Office Suite, MS Visio για σχεδιασμό και υποστήριξη έργων
- Εμπλοκή με ενδιαφερόμενους φορείς και συνεργασία σε διαλειτουργικές ομάδες
- Δεξιότητες παρουσίασης και προφορική και γραπτή επικοινωνία στα ελληνικά και αγγλικά

Περιγραφή Θέσης
In this role, you will take responsibility for your workstreams, demonstrate accountability in delivering results, and act as a reliable team member in addressing client needs. Your communication skills, collaborative mindset and commitment to learning will be key to your success.
During your tenure you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support and contribute to clients’ projects
Take lead in addressing client needs through structured problem definition and analysis
Apply knowledge of strategy development, organizational design, operating model frameworks, in transformation programs
Support the analysis of client business state, industry, and competitor landscape, contributing to strategic insights, business cases, and transformation roadmaps
Contribute to the design of operating models and organizational structures and the reengineering of processes that improve efficiency and performance
Support the planning and execution of large-scale transformation programs, including tracking milestones, dependencies, risks and supporting stakeholders hands-on
Apply knowledge of project lifecycles and support planning of transformation initiatives
Use data, benchmarks, and business metrics to inform decisions
Assist in preparing project plans and monitor progress against objectives, timelines, and budgets
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery of project output
Contribute to deliverables preparation and review, ensuring alignment with quality standards
Support sales efforts through research, analysis, and preparation of proposals and presentations
#WinningRequirements
Approximately 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a consulting firm or related professional areas
Demonstrated experience or exposure to strategy projects, organizational design, operating model development, business process reengineering and/or large-scale transformation programs
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines will be considered a strong plus
Strong analytical skills & problem-solving skills and ability to provide business insights
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
Ability to leverage data and research insights to understand sources of value
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, and use of MS Visio will be considered a strong plus
Excellent verbal and written Greek & English language communication skills
