In view of strengthening Growth, Deloitte’s Internal Division, responsible for actively supporting the firm’s Top Management in the design and implementation of the overall go-to-market strategy, through market analysis, business development activities and monitoring of business objectives, we are looking for a Market Advisory Junior Consultant / Consultant to join our dynamic Growth team.

The ideal candidate to join the Growth team will be expected to fulfill the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze sectoral market insights, business trends, global best practices and Client needs

• Perform sectoral market analysis to extract valuable insights that support strategy development and execution

• Actively participate in the production of Strategic Development Plans for various business Sectors and key client accounts

• Apply primary and secondary research to produce surveys on current business areas of interest

• Actively support the development of thought leadership reports, articles and surveys

• Capitalize upon Global Deloitte resources and analyze business priorities

#WinningRequirements

• Bachelor’s and or a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business or STEM;

• 1-3 years working experience in a similar role

• Motivated to thrive both through working as part of a team and/or working independently;

• Communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills;

• Be curious and creative;

• Be diligent, problem solver and critical thinker;

• Organizational and management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments;

• Knowledge of MS Office applications;

• Fluent knowledge of the English language;

• Military obligations fulfilled, where applicable.
