We are seeking a hands-on SAP Functional Manager to support and enhance our internal SAP environment. This role involves day-to-day functional support, configuration, parameterization, and small-scale implementations on FI/CO. The ideal candidate combines strong technical and functional knowledge with the ability to work directly with internal business users (Finance, HR, Procurement, etc.) to resolve issues and improve processes.

This is not a project delivery or client-facing consulting role — it’s an internal systems role focused on keeping our SAP environment running efficiently, implementing continuous improvements, and supporting business operations.

In particular, to qualify for the role you must have:

• Seven (7) or more years of relevant work experience;

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;

• Solid understanding of SAP configuration, master data management, and integration flows;

• Experience with transport management, authorizations, and system testing;

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to interact with both technical teams and business users;

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills;

• Fluent in English (Greek language preferred if local operations are involved).

The following skills would be considered as assets, although they are not required:

• Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI);

• Experience with finance or procurement process optimization;

• Understanding of ITIL principles and structured support processes.
