Strategy & Business design (S&BD) is Deloitte’s strategy advisory practice, partnering with leading global companies and public organizations to drive growth in critical areas. Our focus includes Market Sensing, Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Business Design, Growth Strategy, Commercial Excellence and Pricing.

We work closely with senior leaders, including CEOs and business unit heads, to navigate significant transitions and achieve their strategic goals and we embed analytics and dashboard as standard enablers and provide our clients with toolkits to realize their ambitions.

#AboutYourRole

As a Consultant in our S&BD Life Science & Health Care team, you will engage with senior executives in the life sciences and healthcare industry, to develop innovative strategies and transformation plans that address their most pressing challenges.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work with senior project members to develop hypotheses and work out plans that address project objectives.

• Engaging in high-quality discussions with clients, demonstrating creativity and knowledge in pharma, MedTech, health economics, market access and pricing.

• Gather and analyze relevant information via stakeholder interviews, data analysis, benchmarking information and translate those into valuable insights.

• Creation of sections and/or entire reports, presentations, workshops, and other client deliverables.

• Communicate analysis and recommendations in both written and oral communication with internal and client stakeholders.

• Actively participate in business development and thought leadership activities to support the growth of our Life Sciences and Health Care practice and enhance our industry footprint.

We embed analytics and dashboard as standard enablers and provide our clients with toolkits to realize their ambitions.

#OurRequirements

Passion and knowledge and understanding of the Life Sciences and/or health care industry; first experience in the sector or knowledge of market access strategies, health economics modeling and pricing frameworks is a huge plus.

• A Master's degree or MBA in Business or Economics or a Master’s degree in scientific, medical, health economics field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.

• Fluent in spoken/written English.

• Proficiency with Microsoft office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

• Experience with analytical and visualization software and methods: Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau. Experience with tools & methodologies used in health economics & pricing such as TreeAge, SAS, STATA or R is a big plus.
