Koimtzoglou-Bakalis-Venieris-Leventis and Associates Law Firm (KBVL, Member of Deloitte Legal Network) is currently looking for a brilliant and experienced lawyer to join its dynamic Real Estate Practice Group in Athens.

You will join a growing team dealing with a diversified client portfolio and a varied caseload, including, challenging sales and acquisition deals, development and restructuring projects, leasing and management agreements, regulatory and forestry matters. There will be opportunities to take on both transactional and advisory work.

YOUR ROLE

During your tenure, you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:

• Support our clients, i.e. national and multinational companies, through drafting of reports/proposals/agreements and participation in client meetings and internal workshops;

• Participate in complex transactions/projects;

• Elaborate your knowledge of current legislation across a wide range of industries;

• Use innovative tools and technology in collaboration with non-legal functions, in order to strengthen the reach of your legal advice.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Potential Candidates should fulfill the following criteria:

• A bachelor’s degree in law from a Greek University;

• Excellent command in Greek and English;

• Studying for a Master’s degree, preferably in Civil or Corporate Law;

• Professional approach, commercial awareness and strong communication skills;

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other team members, as well as with colleagues across different service lines.
