#AboutYourTeam  

You’ll join our Learning Factory, a creative and multidisciplinary team that produces high-quality visual content for digital learning projects. You’ll work closely with Instructional Designers, Developers, and business stakeholders to translate educational concepts into impactful visuals.  

Your Role  

As a Junior Visual Designer, you will support the design and development of visual content for e-learning and digital communication projects. You will have the opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow by combining creativity, functionality, and design standards.  

Key Activities  

• Create graphic layouts for e-learning modules, presentations, and video assets  

• Design visual templates in line with brand and project guidelines  

• Collaborate with instructional designers to translate complex ideas visually  

• Support the creation of simple animations or micro-interactions  

• Ensure visual consistency and quality across deliverables  

• Use tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar  

#OurRequirements  

Required Skills:  

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or related fields  

• Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Figma  

• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling  

• Team spirit and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment  

• Good command of English  

• Interest in e-learning, digital media, and design for education  

Nice to have:  

• Knowledge of animation tools (After Effects, Premiere)  

• Familiarity with UX/UI or web design principles
