By joining our Quality Engineering Team, you will get the chance to work with international Deloitte clients and coordinate challenging large-scale projects that make an impact that matters all around the globe. Being part of a hub of 1000+ professionals, you will get hands-on experience in a wide variety of projects and huge implementations, and... make the difference! Our team of tech enthusiasts will give you opportunities to share your knowledge, grow and learn.

More specifically, your role will include:

• Work with clients and project team members on test automation.

• Knowledge sharing on test automation 

• Define test cases for automation, write manual test cases if required and create test reports.

• Be responsible for creating, enhancing, and running automation test scripts.

• Participate in the defect management process, collaborate with the members of the test and development teams to resolve issues.

Key Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

• At least 6 months of experience in a client-facing role (preferred)

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Familiarity with Excel and Power BI reporting

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and basic software testing practices

• Interest in quality assurance (QA) best practices and test automation

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lead, interact with stakeholders, and follow up on information or updates

• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a team-player mentality

Bonus Qualifications

Project/Process Experience:

• PMO or junior project management experience

• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA (XRAY) or HP ALM

Technology Platforms & Business Tools:

• Experience with digital platforms (Web, Mobile – iOS/Android, Salesforce - SFDC)

• Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as ETL, Anaplan, Informatica, Tableau, and Qlik

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or JDE (Oracle)
