As a Junior Operating Model & Organization Design Analyst, you will focus on the proactive and responsible execution of the project activities you are involved in. Under the guidance of more experienced colleagues, you will be accountable for the quality of your work and its full alignment with priorities, objectives, and client needs, consistently striving to achieve our ambition: “make an impact that matters”.

Key Activities

• Collect and analyze data to drive project initiatives

• Create presentations and documentation to support project delivery

• Collaborate proactively with the project team to achieve shared goals

• Communicate ideas and proposals clearly and effectively

• Focus on results, take ownership of your work, and ensure high-quality outcomes

• Demonstrate strong teamwork, actively supporting colleagues while maintaining a positive and constructive attitude

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Management Engineering 

• Strong interest in Organization Design topics

• Excellent command of the English language. Good command of English. Knowledge of Italian Language will be considered as a plus

• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset

• High motivation for the consulting sector

• Organizational autonomy, initiative, and creativity

• Team-oriented approach

• Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Data Analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI,…)

• Knowledge of Organizational Frameworks

• Familiarity with HR Management processs
