Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις την ανάλυση, σχεδιασμό, υλοποίηση και βελτιστοποίηση διαδικασιών και εφαρμογών στα πλαίσια λύσεων όπως Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τον πλήρη κύκλο ζωής απαιτήσεων χρήστη από τη συλλογή μέχρι την εφαρμογή λύσεων
- Συνεργάζεσαι με την ομάδα και τον πελάτη για τη διαχείριση κινδύνων και στρατηγικών διακυβέρνησης συστημάτων και διαδικασιών
- Επικεντρώνεσαι σε αποτελέσματα, ατομική ευθύνη, ποιότητα εργασίας και συνεχή ανάπτυξη
- Ενημερώνεσαι διαρκώς για τις τελευταίες τάσεις στην HR τεχνολογία και καινοτομίες όπως AI, Machine Learning και Metaverse
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Γνώση και ενδιαφέρον για λύσεις HR όπως Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow
- Εμπειρία ή εκπαίδευση σε γλώσσες προγραμματισμού όπως HTML5, JavaScript, XML, Java, ABAP, VBScript, Python, C, C++, C#
- Ικανότητα στην ανάλυση και επιθυμία για εκμάθηση νέων τεχνολογιών
- Επάρκεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα γραπτά και προφορικά
- Ενδιαφέρον για τομείς consulting και διαχείριση εφαρμογών HR
- Computer Science / Physics / Mathematics / Management Engineering / Economics / Human Resourcesκατά προτίμηση
