ou will join our Strategic & technology change Team a multidisciplinary, and fast-growing team specializing in change management strategies.
As a Junior Change Management professional at our DACC Delivery Center, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients through complex and exciting changes.
You will join a collaborative, structured, and process-oriented team dedicated to supporting the successful implementation of groundbreaking Generative AI technologies and driving significant cultural shifts. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment while making a tangible impact on high-profile projects. You will be instrumental in helping employees embrace new ways of working, ensuring that technological advancements translate into lasting business value.
Key Activities
As a key member of our change management team, you will focus on the execution of strategic plans. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Supporting Change Strategy: Assist in the design, development, and operational execution of comprehensive change management plans that align with project goals and organizational culture.
Creating Compelling Communications: Help create, draft, and refine impactful communication materials—including presentations, newsletters, FAQs, and digital content—to ensure messages are clear, engaging, and consistent.
Organizing and Facilitating Engagement: Assist in the coordination, scheduling, and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and other engagement activities designed to build awareness and capability.
Fostering Collaboration: Work in close partnership with technical teams, particularly GenAI developers, to understand the technology and its impact on people. Liaise with communication and project management teams to ensure seamless execution.
Developing Engaging Content: Utilize creative tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Mentimeter, Miro, Kahoot!, and MS Forms to design interactive and visually appealing materials that capture attention and enhance learning.
Tracking Progress and Impact: Support the monitoring and tracking of change management activities, helping to gather feedback and report on progress against key milestones and metrics.

Must-have qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant professional experience in change management, internal communications, learning and development, or a related consulting field.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into simple, powerful messages.
Organizational Skills: Strong planning and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a structured environment.
Interpersonal Skills: A natural collaborator with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
Creative Tools: Hands-on experience creating content with tools like Canva, Miro, Mentimeter, Kahoot!, or similar platforms.
Strategic thinking, consulting mindset, and a solution-oriented approach
Fluent in English
Knowledge of Italian Language
Nice-to-have:
Experience in international or consulting environments
Knowledge of gamification, microlearning, video-based learning
Familiarity with motion design, no-code or low-code tools
